Kolly Coffee is a husband and wife speciality coffee shop built on passion, quality, and genuine hospitality.

Founded by Kelly & Olly, everything we do is centred around two things: great coffee and making people feel truly welcome.

Our Story

Kolly Coffee began with a simple love for coffee.

Olly first fell into the world of speciality coffee while working as a delivery driver, stopping into independent coffee shops every day and becoming fascinated by the craft. After a promotion into management that didn’t feel right, he made the decision to start over, leaving his job to work as a barista and at a roastery, learning everything he could about coffee from the ground up.

Kelly comes from a care background, and that shows in everything she does. She has a natural way of making people feel comfortable, welcome, and looked after.

Together, we created Kolly Coffee—our names combined, and a reflection of what we’ve built together.

What We Do

At Kolly Coffee, we focus on speciality coffee done properly.

We serve carefully selected beans, with Stay High Roastery as our house coffee, alongside rotating guest espressos and filter options from roasters such as Campbell & Syme to keep things interesting.

We pair this with milk from Laceys Family Farm and baked goods from Seven Seeded Bakery. Working with independent suppliers who care as much about quality as we do.

Kelly is our in-house baker, creating all of our homemade treats including cakes, brownies, blondies and cookies. Her cookies and banana chocolate bread have become customer favourites!

Our Approach

For us, great coffee is only part of the experience.

What matters just as much is how people feel when they walk through the door.

We want our shop to feel like a place where you can relax, be yourself, and feel genuinely cared for.

That’s what genuine hospitality means to us.

Our Space

You’ll find us on Eton High Street, just near Eton College.

We’ve created a cosy, relaxed space where good coffee and good people come together.
